The Smart Fryer™ from Breville is flexible enough to adjust time and temperature depending upon what you need to cook. French fries require a higher temperature and longer time, while a delicate food like calamari requires a low temperature and a shorter cooking time. The Smart Fryer's technology has 7 preset functions that adjust the temperature and the time. One of the functions is the twice-fried option for restaurant style French fries with a 2 stage frying process. It also makes adjustments for fresh or frozen ingredients and there is even a custom setting that allows you to program exactly the options that you want for your favorite dish.
The Smart Fryer is made of brushed stainless steel and has two handles on each side of the fryer for easy lifting. There is a minimum and maximum line for filling the oil and the heating element and thermostat can be lifted from the base for ease in cleaning.
