The Kinetix bowl and blade system combines the functionality of a powerful blender with some food processing tasks for versatility and convenience. You can juice directly into the large 50 ounce jug or use the juice nozzle attachment to juice directly into a glass. Cold Spin Technology allows juice to flow up and through the stainless steel cutting disc which is surrounded by an Italian-made mesh filter. This does not mean that the juice is chilled by the Bluicer, rather that there is an insignificant temperature increase (less than 1.8°F).
